So many of our parents have discussed their struggles with getting their students up and moving in the morning or hard to get to bed at night. I found this article on ADDitude Magazine website that I thought gave some great suggestions on how to put a morning and bedtime routine together. 

Even though this website is geared towards ADD/ADHD symptoms, it has wonderful ideas that can be applied to ALL children and families.
